Rewards and referral conditions
The reward program is temporary and may close as apys continues to grow. The OG reward is the single base reward, and referral bonuses stack with it.
Program overview
OG Reward
- Any user who holds at least $500 in apys for 21 consecutive days earns $50 USDC.
- If the balance drops below $500, the streak ends and restarts when the balance qualifies again.
- This applies to both referred and non-referred users.
Referral rewards
- A referred user activates the referral by holding at least $500 for 21 consecutive days.
- The referred user earns an additional $20 USDC, for $70 USDC total.
- The referrer earns $10 USDC per successful referral.
- Each referrer can earn rewards for up to 3 successful referrals.
Rewards are paid in USDC to the connected wallet after the requirements are complete and the wallet passes manual review.

OG Reward
Deposit and maintain at least $500 for 21 consecutive days to earn $50 USDC.
Eligibility
- You have at least $500 deposited through apys.
- Your Hive-funded balance stays at or above $500 for the full 21-day period.
- You pass manual anti-farming and abuse review before payout.
Streak rules
- Dropping below $500 resets the current streak.
- Restoring the balance to $500+ starts a new streak.
- Existing users start from the program launch date; rewards are not retroactive.
Referral rewards
A referral becomes successful when the referred user completes the same $500, 21-day hold required for the OG reward.
Referred user
- They join through a valid referral link.
- They hold at least $500 for 21 consecutive days.
- They earn the $50 OG reward plus the $20 referral bonus.
- They pass manual anti-farming and abuse review.
Referrer
- The referred user completes the $500 hold.
- The referrer keeps at least $500 deposited between the referred user's deposit and payout.
- Rewards are limited to the first 3 successful referrals.
- The referrer passes manual anti-farming and abuse review.

Reward distribution and review
Rewards are manually airdropped in USDC to the connected wallet; there is no claim flow. Self-referrals and referrals between wallets controlled by the same person are not eligible. apys may withhold rewards from wallets or accounts suspected of abuse, Sybil activity, farming, manipulation, or behavior that violates the program.
