Rewards & Referral Conditions

$100 Activation Reward

• Any user who holds at least $100 in apys for 21 consecutive days earns $10 USDC.
• If they drop below $100, their streak ends and restarts only when their balance qualifies for the reward again.
• This applies to both referred and non-referred users.

Referral Bonus

• Any user who deposits at least $100 unlocks a referral link.
• If a referred user holds at least $100 for 21 consecutive days, the referred user earns an additional $20 USDC.
• The referrer earns $10 USDC per successful referral.
• Each user can earn referrer rewards for up to 3 successful referrals.

$500 Early Depositor Bonus

• Any user who holds at least $500 in apys for 21 consecutive days earns $50 USDC.
• This is a separate, higher-value early-user reward.
• It stacks with the $100 Activation Reward and the Referral Bonus.

Eligibility

• You have at least $100 deposited in apys.
• Your balance stays at or above $100 for the full 21-day period.
• You pass manual anti-farming and abuse review before payout.

Who it applies to

• Users who arrive directly.
• Users who are referred by someone else.
• Existing users, starting from the program launch date.
• Users who later also qualify for the $500 Early Depositor Bonus.

Streak reset rules

• If your balance falls below $100 at any point during the 21-day window, you lose eligibility for the $10 Activation Reward.
• If you later restore your balance to $100+, the 21-day streak restarts.
• Final payout eligibility is determined at the end of the 21-day period, plus manual review.

Referral unlock rule

You unlock referrals immediately after depositing at least $100. You do not need to wait 21 days before inviting friends.

Referred user: qualifying for the $20 bonus

• They were attributed to a valid referral link.
• They deposit at least $100.
• They maintain a minimum balance of $100 for 21 consecutive days.
• They pass manual anti-farming and abuse review.

Referrer: qualifying for the $10 bonus

• The referred user qualifies by holding $100+ for 21 days.
• The referrer has not exceeded the 3 rewarded referral limit.
• The referrer's own balance has not fallen below $100 between the referred user's deposit and payout.
• The referrer passes manual anti-farming and abuse review.

Maximum referrals

Each user can earn referrer rewards for up to 3 successful referrals. Maximum referrer earnings: 3 referrals x $10 = $30 USDC.

Referrer balance rule

If a referrer withdraws below $100, they forfeit their own referrer rewards.

• This does not affect referred users.
• Referred users can still earn their $10 Activation Reward and $20 Referred User Bonus if they meet the requirements.
• The referrer simply loses the right to earn the $10 Referrer Bonus for those referrals.

Eligibility

• You have at least $500 deposited in apys.
• Your balance stays at or above $500 for the full 21-day period.
• You pass manual anti-farming and abuse review before payout.

Stacking with the $100 Activation Reward

The $500 Early Depositor Bonus stacks with the $100 Activation Reward. A user who holds $500+ for 21 days earns $10 plus $50, or $60 USDC total. If that user was referred, they may also earn the extra $20 Referred User Bonus. If that user refers others, they may also earn up to $30 in Referrer Bonuses.

Existing users

• Existing users with balances are eligible, but their 21-day streak starts from the program launch date.
• No retroactive rewards.
• If an existing user already has $500+ deposited at launch, their 21-day eligibility window starts on launch day.

Streak reset rules

• If your balance falls below $500 at any point during the 21-day window, you lose eligibility for the $50 Early Depositor Bonus.
• If your balance stays above $100 but below $500, you may still qualify for the $10 Activation Reward.
• If spots and budget remain, you can become eligible for the $500 bonus again by restoring your balance to $500+ and starting a new 21-day streak.
• Final payout eligibility is determined at the end of the 21-day period, plus manual review.

Example 1: User only qualifies for the $100 Activation Reward

• Alice deposits $100.
• Alice holds $100+ for 21 days.
• Alice passes manual review.

Example 2: Referred user qualifies

• Ben invites Cara.
• Cara clicks Ben's referral link.
• Cara deposits $100 and holds $100+ for 21 days.
• Cara passes manual review.

Example 3: Referrer withdraws below $100

• Ben invites Cara.
• Cara deposits $100 and holds for 21 days.
• Ben withdraws below $100 before payout.

Example 4: User qualifies for the $500 Early Depositor Bonus

• Dana deposits $500.
• Dana holds $500+ for 21 days.
• Dana passes manual review.

Example 5: User qualifies for the $500 bonus and max referrals

• Eli deposits $500 and holds for 21 days.
• Eli refers 3 users, each of whom deposits $100 and holds for 21 days.
• Eli keeps at least $100 deposited.
• Everyone passes manual review.

Example 6: Referred user qualifies for everything

• Farah joins through a referral link.
• Farah deposits $500 and holds for 21 days.
• Farah refers 3 other users who each qualify.
• Farah passes manual review.
